In order to secure all booked appointments. We kindly ask all clients to pay a non refundable booking fee of 50% of your total service. This is to be paid fully before the service commences.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the fitting. Please bear in mind that if payment is not made in time, we will have to offer the slot to another client who has secured it.
We understand circumstances may arise and making the non refundable booking fee may not go as swiftly as it should. However to avoid disappointment, please do so as soon as possible.
A consultation is compulsory for all clients who require hair extensions.
We are GDPR compliant.
We have a cancellation list, as slots do tend to fill up quickly. If a slot you require is booked and secured, you can request to go onto our cancellation list. If the slot becomes available we will contact you, then you will be able to book and secure it by paying the non refundable booking fee.
We highly do not recommend you remove your hair extensions/braids by yourself as this can potentially damage your hair.
If we produce any work on your hair and you choose another hairstylist to work on it. We are not responsible for any problems occurred.
It is insisted that you use the correct aftercare for your hair extensions/braids. Not doing so can cause irreparable damage to your hair extensions and your natural hair.
We will always offer you correct aftercare advice.

Aftercare products are sold by us, which you can pre-order.

Our loyalty reward scheme is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. We can withdraw or alter the scheme without notice under our discretion.
Please show us your NUS card, Student I.D, Disability badge, or any other relevent form of I.D at the beginning of the service. So we can apply your discount at the checkout.
We do not issue refunds. If after the fitting/service is completed and you require any further work done. We will class this as either a maintenance, tidy up or a refitting/rebraiding appointment and you will be charged accordingly.
Tidy up appointment entails of checking the positioning of the hair extensions and to restyle your hair.
Maintenance appointment involves checking the positioning of the hair extensions, repositioning them in certain areas and topping up with new hair if needed.
Refit is a full removal of the hair extensions and refitting it with the same hair extensions.
During and apon completion of all services, we take photographs for our records and marketing purposes. If you do not want the photos to be used on our marketing platforms, please inform us before the service is checked out.

What are Hair Extensions ?
Hair extensions are a method of adding Human or synthetic hair onto your own natural hair. This is to add volume, length or to fill in gaps of thinning or hair loss in areas.
Am I suitable for Hair Extensions?
The majority of people who wish to have hair extensions generally are suitable. However a few people may not be depending on hair loss issues, the condition of their hair, or severity of hair damage. Please do not worry these factors will be discussed during the consultation.

We totally understand why you may wonder this. However in orded for us to provide you a high standard of service, we need a consultation. We need to perform tests, colour match your hair, discuss what desired look is achievable, find the correct hair texture needed. Last but not least find the most suitable method for your hair at the right lengths. All this will give you a tailored customised experience!
What type of hair do you provide?
Nya Impressions offers Capelli Remy, Rusian & Russian Slavic in double drawn. We also provide Russian Virgin, Indian Virgin Remy, Mongolian Virgin, Peruvian Virgin, Malaysian Virgin, Eurasian Virgin & Combodian Virgin in single drawn.
What do the terms Remy, Virgin, European, Russian & Indian Remy hair mean?
Remy hair is cuticle correct, which means that the hair has been harvested with all cuticles going in the same direction. The pony tail has been carefully cut from the persons head and is tied securely at the top ,to ensure that the hair is the correct direction.
Indian Virgin Remy hair is the finest quality hair and all the cuticles are correct, facing the same direction. It is finer in texture than Indian Remy hair. Suitable for all hair textures & types.
Virgin hair is hair which has been harvested cuticle correct and it has not been dyed and unprocessed. It is very expensive and is of a high grade quality.
Eurasian & European hair is the best quality and is expensive. It feels finer and silkier and is most suitable for ladies with European hair textures.
Russian hair is of a high quality it is seen as the 'platinum standard' of hair which is reflected in the price. It also feels finer and silkier and is most suitable for ladies with European hair textures.
All of the hair used at Nya Impressions are of a HIGH standard which is durable and long lasting.
Do I really need hair extension maintenance?
Yes! Nya Impressions HIGHLY recommends you attend your maintenance appointments. It is very important for us to check every 4-6 weeks that your hair is in good condition. At the maintenance appointments we check that your hair isn't matting, damaged, and that you are following good aftercare. We also re-tighten and re-do any hair that may have loosened or slipped out. This is to ensure that your hair extensions are well maintained and looks fabulous!
Can Nya Impressions maintain my hair if I have had it fitted by another hairstylist or Hair technician? Can I provide my own hair extensions?
Am afraid not. We do not maintain any other hairstylist or hair technicians work. We suggest you go back to the person who fitted your hair extensions and allow them to maintain the hair. Then if you prefer, we can fit hair extensions for you. We can if you require us to uninstall hair extensions. However as we do not know if any damaged was caused by the install or maintenance, we ask that you sign a declaration form. We do not allow clients to bring their own extensions. All hair is provided by us, as we know the quality is of a very high standard.
